a) Let go of people who doesnt add value. Business (just like life) is ruthless;and to handle it, you got to be ruthless as well.
b) Shut up those who dont allow you to dream big.. It all starts from that dream.
c) Your customers neither know your product’s features nor care for them. Its your job to make them addictive to your product and features. Be mentally prepared!
d) Take risks.. But dont gamble. Businss is not casino.. Its your responsibility to keep your dream alive and kicking.
e) It will take longer than you expected. Always.
f) There is no point in over-attending useless networking events.. Build a great product/service and people will be automatically connected with you.
g) Don’t get emotionally attached with your idea.. Know when to pull the plug.
h) Pick a problem which matters.. because your time on this Earth is limited..
i) Even if you are a Superman, you cant do everything from your own. Treat the process of delegating tasks as an art, and keep on mastering it.
j) Never, ever build a business just to raise money from VCs.. It never works that way. Create a solid business and money will have to come. It always work that way!
